Shipping — where we deliver
We currently ship to the United Kingdom and the United States.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Delivery time
- United Kingdom: 3–6 business days after processing, shipped from our UK/EU warehouses.
- United States: 7–14 business days after processing.
These are estimated delivery times and do not include potential delays caused by customs, carriers, or events outside our control.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Customs, duties and taxes
For international orders, any customs fees, import duties or taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
