What are your pieces made from?

We work in three materials and no others: 316L stainless steel, titanium and 925 sterling silver. Gold-toned pieces are 316L stainless steel with PVD plating, which is far more durable than standard gold plating. The exact material is listed on every product page.

Is your jewellery nickel-free?

Yes. All three materials we use are nickel-free, which is why we chose them. If you react to costume jewellery, earring posts are usually the culprit — ours are titanium or 316L stainless steel.

Will it tarnish or turn my skin green?

No. 316L stainless steel, titanium and PVD-plated steel do not tarnish and will not discolour your skin. Sterling silver can develop a natural patina over time, which comes off with a soft polishing cloth.

Can I wear it in the shower or swimming?

Our stainless steel and titanium pieces are water-resistant and fine in the shower. We would avoid chlorinated pools and salt water with any jewellery, and we recommend taking sterling silver off before swimming or bathing.

How do I care for my jewellery?

Put jewellery on last, after perfume and lotion, and take it off before bed. Store pieces separately so they do not scratch each other. A soft dry cloth is all that steel and titanium need; sterling silver benefits from an occasional polish.

How do I know my ring size?

Every ring listing includes a size guide in millimetres. If you are between sizes, size up — fingers swell slightly through the day and in warm weather.

Where do you ship, and how long does it take?

We ship to the UK and the US from warehouses in the UK and the EU. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days; delivery then takes 3–6 business days in the UK and 7–14 in the US. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.

Will I pay customs charges?

UK orders arrive with nothing further to pay. For US deliveries, import duties may apply in some cases and are the recipient's responsibility.

How do I track my order?

You will get a dispatch email with a tracking number. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to go live with the carrier.

Can I return or exchange something?

Yes — within 30 days of delivery, unworn and in its original packaging. UK and EU customers also have a statutory 14-day right to cancel. Email us to start a return; the full terms are on our Shipping & Returns page.
