Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, in its original condition and packaging. You'll also need proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at info@bijoucharm.com with your order number and, if the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect, a photo of the issue. In most cases we do not require you to physically ship the item back to us — once your return request is approved, we will issue a refund or send a replacement directly, whichever you prefer. If a physical return is required for a specific order, we will provide return instructions by email at that time.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@bijoucharm.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as personalized or custom-made pieces, and items marked as final sale. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to request a return for the item you have, and once approved, place a new order for the item you want.
European Union & United Kingdom 14-day cooling-off period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. As above, please contact us at info@bijoucharm.com to start this process.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've reviewed your return request and let you know if it's approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take extra time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
